Need to Return a Laser Star Unit?
Our Returns Center (info@laserstarcanada.com) will guide you through the return process--please send it back to us via Canada Post or Courier. We'll notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund.
Returns Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any Laser Star Unit purchased at LaserStarCanada.com, for any reason, for a refund. Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, damaged items or used items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at LaserStarCanada.com. We cannot exchange any items.
If you ordered your item from a separate dealer, please refer to that dealer for their individual return policy.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
LaserStarCanada.com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please visit our Returns Center to conduct a warranty claim for any damaged or defective part. Please note the owner is responsible for all shipping costs
Refunds
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged against returns and any shipping fees not paid at time of purchase must be reimbursed.
Please email info@laserstarcanada.com for a refund reference number before you return your unit.
Please note - No opened units will be accepted for return. Do not open the cellophane wrapping if you are thinking about returning this product. - No Exceptions
